Description
HI..well here is a real oldy ...this is the first image that i ever posted on web ..so it's kinda like a personal favorite..
the concept was to make some think out of metal and death... and what better thing than bones to repersent death..
anyay this one IS an oldy.. and was done in morre than 2 -3 days...had a hard time figuring out how to fill up all the space..cuz I wanted it to be real crowded..

The only thing is, the skull doesn't have the same shadows as the rest of the stuff...now it is not part of it, but illuminating the center of the picture...in my case distracting. On the other hand, the focus on death was your intention.

the contrast would help ....but I think that due to large amount of darks in it it would reduce the (alreday cramped) detials...
and you are correct about the shading on the skull too...
what I wanted was a central light source...placed somewhere in front of the nose of the skull....I guess I screw up a bit...

Try seeing works of others artists from comic world. It’ll give you another perspective of what “dark art” is, when it comes to making comic art illustrations…
Although I must say that the elements that you have showcased is... no doubt “good”…keep up the effort and keep exploring and growing…
